Module ships from two warehouses — Toronto (Canada) and Buffalo (USA) — to serve customers across North America quickly. Every order is tracked and insured.
1. Shipping Timeframes

Small items ship via Purolator, UPS, or FedEx. Large furniture ships via specialised LTL freight carriers to ensure safe handling.

All pre-order and custom items go through a quality inspection at our warehouse before dispatch. You will receive updates throughout the process.
If an Item Is Not in Stock
We will contact you before processing payment to confirm the timeline and discuss your options. We never charge for something we cannot deliver on time without your approval.
2. No Hidden Costs
For shipments between Canada and the USA, Module handles all customs clearance, tariffs, and duties. You will never receive a surprise bill from a carrier. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Delivery Methods
Doorstep Delivery (Standard)
Your order is delivered to the nearest dry area of your home — front door, entryway, or garage. This is included in your shipping cost.
– Does not include unpacking or assembly.
– Someone 18+ must be present at the scheduled delivery time.
– If delivery requires stair carry or elevator access, please select White-Glove or contact us.
White-Glove Delivery
Your furniture is brought into the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled, and all packaging is removed. Available as an add-on at checkout or by contacting us after purchase.
– Assembly is scheduled for the next available day after delivery.
– Please confirm your appointment within 7 days of delivery.
– Does not include removal of existing furniture or structural modifications.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number from the carrier (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or freight provider). Use the tracking number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
For LTL freight shipments, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window. Please respond promptly to avoid delays.
5. Missed Deliveries

To reschedule for free, contact us at least 48 hours before your delivery window.
6. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and delivery method. No hidden fees.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has left our warehouse.
– Product changes cannot be made after dispatch.
7. Service Areas
– Canada: All provinces and territories.
– USA: All states except Hawaii and Alaska for large furniture. Small items may ship to HI/AK on a case-by-case basis.
– Remote areas may require 2–5 extra business days.
– PO Boxes cannot accept furniture deliveries.
8. Reserve an Item
Want to secure an item before it sells out? Contact us and we can hold it for up to 7 days. For longer holds, a 10% deposit may apply (credited to your final order).
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Inspect your order when it arrives. Check outer packaging for visible damage before accepting. You have 7 days from delivery to report any damage or defects — see our Return & Service Policy for claim details.
